Criminal Activities Commited on Children as a Major Social Problem.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to accumulate knowledge of the professionals, encountering the children, who are the victims of crimes (hereinafter referred to as the TČ), whilst doing their job. Afterwards those pieces of knowledge are confronted with the statistic data provided by the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. Intentionally there is no territorial jurisdiction of the mentioned departments and neither the gender of the workers. Altough mentioned respondents cooperate very closely together, this document could help to clarificate their cooperation to each other. Respondents but also other professionals can learn how the other cooperating professions are solving the issues by reading this document. On top of that those pieces of knowledge are supplemented by the newest statistic data of 2019 which were mentioned earlier and can broaden professional's knowledge. Next ambition of this bachelor thesis is a finding of the number of comitted crimes change between the years 2011 and 2019, where in 2019 there was more existing cases. The numbers of each crime group have changed too, in other words, vice, violent and others. The next finding was a significant impact on the children's psyche, who were the victims of crimes and impact on their social life. The examples, which are described more in the corresponding chapters, are for example fear of new people, inability to make fully-fledged relationships with other people and others.

The Moral Crime and its Prevention Abstract The thesis deals with the topic of moral crime and its prevention. The aim of this thesis is to provide a basic overview of the field of moral crime, to define the basic concepts related to this issue and to provide a deeper insight into the interpretation of selected sexual offences. This thesis is composed of four main chapters, each of which focuses on different aspects of the matter at hand and attempts to grasp it from multiple different perspectives. The introductory chapter contains definitions of basic terms related to sexual offences. It concentrates on defining terms such as morality, law or moral crime itself. It focuses primarily on the relationship between these terms, how law and morality differ from each other, and defines the general concept of crime in terms of legal and sociological concepts. The central part of this chapter is the definition of the concept of moral crime and its relationship to morality and law. Furthermore, the focus is on the statistical development of moral crime. The Issue of an Offender's Personality in Criminology The aim of this thesis is to describe the offender's personality, to explain the possible causes of his criminal behaviour and to choose appropriate tools for punishment and prevention based on this knowledge. It consists a complex issue that criminologists have been studying intensely for several centuries. In the introduction to this thesis I am explaining the concept of criminology, criminality and offender from a criminological and criminal law perspective. The historical development of the view of the offender is introduced in this thesis. The ideas of free will were replaced by theories of born criminal, only for the science to partially return to the original ideas in the 20th century. The theories were further transformed by technological development and industrial revolution, which brought with it a new social order. The topic of the third part is personality from the perspective of psychology. Personality formation is a complex process, which everyone goes through since birth. It is influenced not only by the environment in which the individual grows up, but also by genetics. I also deal with the motives that lead the offender to criminal behaviour, what is his motivation and how a profile of an unknown offender can be constructed...

1 Abstract The Moral Crime and its Prevention The submitted thesis deals with the topic of moral criminality and the options of its prevention. The main goal of this thesis is to give a deeper overview of this topic, the current legislative with an emphasis on sexual offences, its victims and the processes of victimization. The thesis is divided into five chapters, of which the first four are dealing with related topics on theoretical level, the last chapter deals with particular moral offences. In the first chapters the attention is paid to the concept of human sexuality, human sexual instinct and the variability of tolerated manifestations of sexuality in society and the reflection of human sexuality in the concept of morality. Subsequently, moral crime is defined, individual moral offences are listed, and the division of these offences according to various criteria is provided. Considerable space is provided to the topic of offenders and especially the victims of moral crime, both in criminal and criminological optics. In the case of offenders the division in to deviant and non-deviant offenders is given. In the case of victims of moral crime a legal definition is provided as well as the victimological concept. The submitted diploma thesis deals with sexual offences and their prevention. At the beginning of the thesis, a theoretical basis and a historical overview of the subject are mentioned. The topic is enlarged on various aproaches to ethics and morals in history. Subsequently a legal regulation of these criminal offencesis descibed, not onlythe Czech criminal law, but also the international law and EU legislation. A significant attention is given to the analysis of the elements of sexual crimes, as well as to a statistical data analysis and suggested preventi on measures. The thesis also gives a detailed descripton of types of victims and petrpetrators, especially of the ones who are involved in aforementioned crimes.
